This immersive tasting programme is designed for those who wish to deepen their sensory skills, technical understanding and appreciation of extra virgin olive oil through the Savantes approach.
The programmes introduce the new unique Savourgram multi-dimensional advanced method of olive oil profiling giving a visual comparison of extra virgin olive oil intensity, flavour, persistence, and descriptors.
